Ashley Collins is thrilled to join the White Bear Area Food Shelf as the new Emergency Program Assistant! She previously worked at Fresh Thyme Farmers Market in Vadnais Heights and Lifetime Fitness in the cafe and as a Personal Trainer. She is excited to join the Food Shelf in its mission of providing food and support to the White Bear community.
Born and raised in White Bear Lake, Ashley is currently pursuing an associate degree in Accounting at Century College. While she is not at work or doing schoolwork, you can find her walking her dog Louie, testing out new recipes or playing cards and board games with her family.
